The plant appears to be a species of Spathiphyllum cochlearispathum, which is a common houseplant known for its bright green leaves with a white or yellow striping on the veins. The leaves are long and thin, with a wavy or serrated edge. The plant looks healthy, but it's a bit dry, which is common during the winter months when humidity levels are lower. To help revive the plant, you can try the following: 1. Place the plant near a bright, indirect window, or under a grow light. 2. Water the plant thoroughly, making sure to soak the roots and the soil. Allow the excess water to drain. 3. Move the plant to a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat or cold drafts. 4. Use a humidifier to increase the humidity around the plant. 5. Fertilize the plant monthly with a balanced fertilizer, following the manufacturer's instructions. Overall, this plant is relatively easy to care for and should thrive with proper care and attention.
Lots of times the tips of leaves can do that with tap water. Let the water sit out for a day to let the chemicals dissipate or use distilled water. My peace lilies have older leaves that seem to lose their chlorophyll. I cut them at the base so that the plant looks better. The brown tips won’t recover but using “old” water can prevent more.
